AureonLead Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how customers may use AureonLead and any related AureonCorp business intelligence systems.
By accessing or using AureonLead, you agree to comply with this policy. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the service, without prior notice.
1. Purpose of the Platform
AureonLead is a business intelligence system designed to analyze publicly observable digital signals related to companies operating in local markets. The platform provides structured insights intended to help agencies and companies identify potential B2B commercial opportunities based on digital maturity.
AureonLead provides market intelligence data only. It does not provide communication tools, email sending infrastructure, or automated outreach systems.
2. Customer Responsibility and Liability
Customers using AureonLead act as independent Data Controllers for any outreach, marketing communication, or commercial activity performed using information obtained through the platform.
Customers are fully and solely responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with:
- The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
- The ePrivacy Directive and its national implementations.
- Local B2B marketing and telemarketing regulations (including DACH region laws).
- Applicable anti-spam and electronic communications laws.
AureonCorp does not control, monitor, or endorse how customers contact third parties.
3. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not use AureonLead or any related data to:
- Send unlawful spam, unsolicited mass communications, or automated campaigns in violation of applicable laws.
- Engage in harassment, deceptive marketing, phishing, or misleading communications.
- Impersonate individuals, organizations, or misrepresent their affiliation.
- Conduct illegal surveillance, background checks, or profiling of private individuals.
- Collect or process data related to minors.
- Use the platform to facilitate, support, or promote illegal activities.
The platform is designed exclusively for B2B market intelligence and must not be used under any circumstances to target private individuals acting outside of a professional or commercial context.
4. Data Misuse and System Abuse
To protect our infrastructure and intellectual property, customers must not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or replicate the AureonLead system, algorithms, or Kyoshi engine.
- Extract, scrape, or redistribute datasets in a way that circumvents the intended use of the platform (e.g., mass database downloading).
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AureonLead data to third parties without explicit written authorization from AureonCorp.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the infrastructure or security of the system.
AureonCorp reserves the right to monitor platform usage patterns to detect abuse, anomalies, or violations of this policy.
5. Enforcement and Account Suspension
If AureonCorp determines, at its sole discretion, that a customer has violated this Acceptable Use Policy, AureonCorp may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a formal warning.
- Temporarily suspend access to the platform.
- Permanently terminate the customer account.
- Block access to related AureonCorp systems and APIs.
- Take legal action and report the misuse to relevant authorities where appropriate.
These actions may be taken immediately and without prior notice if necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or mitigate legal risks.
6. Relationship with Other Agreements
This Acceptable Use Policy forms a core part of the contractual framework governing the use of AureonLead. It must be read and applied in conjunction with:
- The AureonCorp Terms of Use.
- The AureonCorp Privacy Policy.
- Any applicable Master Service Agreements (MSA) or subscription terms.
7. Updates to this Policy
AureonCorp may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically to reflect:
- Regulatory changes or new legal requirements.
- Product updates and new feature releases.
- Evolving security and compliance standards.
The latest version will always be available through the AureonCorp website or the customer portal. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
